Hi po,

Pa help naman po, I'm hired by a company but under agency almost 2yrs n po ako s company,pero hindi parin po ako nireregular? Even company benefits wla rn po. yung mga usual lng po like philhealth,sss,hdmf lang ang meron. I believe po kc na 6months lng po dapat ang probationary. pero not sure po kc ako kng entitled po ako for regularization kc under agency ako. pa advise po. thanks

bakit kasi sa agency ka nag apply? don ka mag apply directly sa company.. pag agency malabo talaga ma regular yan..

If your contract is continues or even broken as long as you served that 2 years period already you can be considered a regular employee. File a complaint at DOLE and demand that your status should be regular. If they don't consider you to be a regular employee, DOLE will automatically charge the company of Labor Only Contracting, This is against the LAW.

Is there exemption on this? they are saying po kasi na wala pa available slot for regularization kaya continue prn under agency pa rin po ako. sinasabi din nila na depende sa sales ng company kng magreregular kht 1yr na ko sa work pero under agency parin. thanks

No one is above the LAW, even may atty dapat makiayon sila s batas. Saka style lng nila yan. Kung talagang ilalaban mo, i complaint mo na sa DOLE. taga saan kba??If Laguna, meron tyo sa Calamba.

Zambales po..may DOLE regional dn nman po..kaso I know nman po na labanan ko un company..mag iiba na tingin nla sakin at bka un inaantay ko pong regularization hindi pa nla ibigay at mag stay lng ako under agency..pero maraming salamat po sa mga naging info. incase pwde ko pong ilaban pala tlga un scenario ko..this is one big tv network po kc..which is atty. ang mga boss.

It is not problem if atty ang boss, alam nya yan kung ano tama at mali. Kesa forever kang mag aagency, ano mapapala mo?Ganun din namn. di ka nila agrabiyadohin if mag compllaint ka. Ksi naka red alert yan sila sa DOLE, pagbinalikan ka na tanggalin ka at least may case na naka prosper.
