Regularization of a probationary employee

After being hired, companies usually make you sign a contract saying that you may be terminated on/before your six months probationary period. After six months should you sign another contract for regularization or is it implied already that you are regularized if not terminated after six months?

What if you did not sign any contracts anymore? Would the provisions in the old contract (for probationary employees) still be enforceable/applicable to you?

The provisions of the old contract are still enforceable but these would be immaterial if they did not terminate you after the the 6th month.. A probationary employee enjoys a security of tenure just like a regular employee. He/she may only be terminated for just causes or for failure to meet "company standards".

Anu po bang legal advise ang pwedeng gawin kasi im working for almost seven months sa company ang nakalagay pa din sa payslip ko is trainee pa din napag usapan po kasi na after the training period and after the 2weeks extension automatic probitionary na ako and after 6months automatic regular na ako sayang po kasi ung allowance na dapat eh nakukuha ko every salary
