Hindi po kasi ako naka-attend ng 2 sessions of hearing due to my school commitments. Tapos po, nung pagpunta ko ng 3rd day, close na daw po ang case and i need a letter of re-opening the case which is gawa na ng lawyer. Pati daw po kailangn ko ng admit reply affidavit.

Tanong ko po, matatagalan po ba ang pag re-open ng case? Ilang days po ba ang maximum in order to re-open a case?
At magkano po magpagawa ng letter sa Attorney? Thanks! Smile Smile

nasa PAO pa lang po. yung case po is about SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURY, ORAL DEFAMATION, GRAVE SCANDAL at ung last po ASSAULT. Kaksi SK kagawad din ako smin. salamat po

are you sure this is PAO? what they conduct is pre-litigation conference. if so, you can bypass that and file directly at the prosecutor's office.

Sorry, my mistake Smile nsa Prosecutor's office na po.

Bali ipapare-open ko po yung case. Kailangn daw po gawa ng attorney. At the same time, I need a Admit Reply Affidavit. Mga mgkano po kaya to? Tska how long it will take to re-open a case? Thank yoy so much! Wink
