Re - opening the filed complain

Need your Advice..

Last month , i recieved a notice from the Piscal's office that the case filed again'st me for Serious Physical Injury was submitted for dismissal since the complainant failed to attend the preliminary invistigation twice.

Yesterday, i recieved a call from my wife that there's a letter from PAO signed by the complainant that the case will be re open since he did not recieved any letter for the case he filed so he faeled to show on the PI..


No written date on the letter should there be any hearing.


Is this possible since dimissal was already submitted?
If yes, what should i do.

yes, it is still possible to re-open. or they can simply re-file the complaint.
