Hindi po kasi ako naka-attend ng 2 sessions of hearing due to my school commitments. Tapos po, nung pagpunta ko ng 3rd day, close na daw po ang case and i need a letter of re-opening the case which is gawa na ng lawyer. Pati daw po kailangn ko ng admit reply affidavit.

Tanong ko po, matatagalan po ba ang pag re-open ng case? Ilang days po ba ang maximum in order to re-open a case?
At magkano po magpagawa ng letter sa Attorney? Thanks! Smile cheers
