i was married last 2006 and then,
naghiwalay din kami after 6 months,
dahil sa pagsisinungaling at
capacity namin bilang mag asawa, may anak
matagal kaming walang communication, then
last year nag file ako ng annulment,
on process na cya till now, and hoping
on financial kahit on going na ang case
ng annulment??

thanks..

She have always the right to ask for support pendente lite (support while pending litigation), it must be noted that your marriage bond is not yet severed until the court declares otherwise, therefore she can always demand for support as your lawful wife and you being a husband, you have an obligation to support your family.

As to the issue of paternity, you are estopped to deny that you are the non biological father of her child because you already admitted and accept the child beforehand, therefore, you still have to support her child.

As to the issue of abandonment, you dont have any rights being the abandoned husband, at most, such abandonment for more than 1 yr(i presumed) will give rise only for a cause of action to file legal separation, however, since annulment was already filed then it is improper to raise this issue.

thank you for the reply,
so incase na magkaron
ng argumento na magiging
cause pa ng annulment
case namin, mas maganda ba kung pag uusapan
na lang din namin ng
maayos kasi di ko din
naman kayang mag support
lalo na't nagbabayad
pa din ako ng pang annulment
namin?
