Hello. My wife had a child before we got married. Also, the father of the child already abandoned them since. Now I would like to adopt the child and change his family name under my name. What are the processes, requirements and how much would it cost.

the process will be to undergo the normal process for adoption. you will need to hire a lawyer. if you search in the forum, I believe I posted a list of the docs you will need to compile
