I have a question regarding an annulment that has just been filed and is under process already.
you and your spouse have agreed to the terms that you will have and annulment. my question is what if the annulment is already under going process and your spouse causes trouble? lets just say defamation. what action can be done with this kind of act. is this legal? knowing that the two individuals have agreed to having an annulment.
