good day po my boyfriend wants to ahve his annulment with his wife so we can get married they are not living together although un mga anak nya nakikita pa rin nia regularly dinadala nun asawa nia un asawa nia gusto makipag ayos sa kanya kasu sya tlg ayaw na nya anu po maganda gwin to have his annulment ?and gaano katgl ang process? how much money will he consume ?thanks !

nasa ibang bansa na po ang asawa nya at me sarili na pong pamilya...nag-apply ang wife nya ng divorce doon and it was approved last nov 2011 (but the wife is not a citizen kaya he wanted to file a petition for annulment para marecognize here in the philippines...the ground might be physical incapacity pero sabi sa article 47 of number 5, annulment of marriage must be filed WITHIN 5 years after the marriage...

1. pwede pa po ba i-apply ang physical incapacity kahit more than 5 years na silang hiwalay?

atty. itatanung ko lang po sana if totoo un nabsa ko sa isang site na pwede kausapin un lht ng involve sa kasu even the judge pra mapadali ang procedure ng annulment nabasa ko po kase na within a month naka kuha ng annulment pero binayaran po un mga involve sa kasu pra mapadali and it cost 100thousand pesos is it true po ba na pwede un gawin ? and how much it will cost ngayon mga panahon na ito ? thanks !

since expired na po...ano po magandang ground para makapag-file ng annulment...total nag-apply naman po ang wife nya ng divorce sa ibang bansa at me iba na pamilya...at willing naman po makipag-coordinate si wife para ma-annul sila.

gud day po wat if un lalaki na may asawa ang gawin ay putulin ang lahat ng communication wth his wife and family even the finamcial support den pumunta sa ibang lugar where nd alam nun asawa nya at nagpksl sa iba is it possible po ba na makasuhan sya kht nd alam kng nsan sya ?

there is no secret that will not be revealed. the guy who contracted a second marriage can be liable for bigamy by reason his previous marriage.

Hi po tanung ko lng po kung matibay na ebidinsiya po ng cucubinage ang mga picture at text na babae ng asawa ko ? magakno po ang percntge na dapat namin makuha sa alotment ng husband ko kasi po ang pagakaalam ko 2hundred thousand pesos a month ang sweldo niya sa afganistan us company ang pinagtatrabahuhan niya ,nagpapadal lng po siya sa amin ng 20k a month .at saka yung bahay na binili niya ipinangaln niya sa babae niya ano po ba ang pwede ko gawin legal wife po ako. sana po masagot niyo ang tanung ko .2 po ang anak namin,

alex, it will be easy if the 2nd marriage is certified. their last known address is there.

gerissa, those are acceptable as evidence, but i dont' think they are sufficient. you co-own his salary. can you prove that the money for the house came from him?

gaano po ba katagal ang precribe period ng republic act no.9262 sec 5? ten years po ba tlg? un depriving d women and children from any finacial support ten years po ang kailangan pra makapagsmpa ng reklamo sa korte ?
