Arresto Menor

almost 8years na kami seperated but not legally...
sabi nila pag 10years na daw na hindi na nagkita both parties, no communication, no allotment, no support with the children, wala na ako balita simula nang naghiwalay kami...
Pwede po ba mavoid ung kasal? totoo ba nasa 'law' na ng pilipinas ang 10yrs na un pwd i-void ung kasal? paano ba ung process nito? my posibilidad ba na ma void ung kasal namin? o kkaparehas lang ba ung sa annulment? magkkano kaya gagastusin at kung eto ung sitwasyon ko mabilis lang ba ang process nito o matagalan pa rin?
