Hi, my question is this. When benefit costs are calculated as a percentage of salary, do attendance bonuses count as part of salary for this calculation? By "benefit costs" I mean items such as 13th month, retirement, contingency, mandatory...

Thanks!

Eli

Bonuses are different from salary but is computed at the end for tax purposes (if over the 90T limit)

if you are computing it for budget purpose, you can include it.

but as patok stated, bonuses are really different.

Thank you both. Just to make sure I understand, if salary is 12,000 for a particular month, and there is an attendance bonus for that month of 1,000, the retirement calculation for that month is based on 13,000, not 12,000?

12,000 only
