Employers Hold Salary - Absent counted as twice

Maganadang umaga po sa lahat, may tanong lang po ako about sa pag hold ng salary ng aming employer, sa kadahilanang hindi namen nameet yung deadline na pagpasa ng mga report. Pinahold po ang sahod namen hanggat di namin naipapasa ang report na kelangan nya.. Legal po pa bo sa labor code? may rights ba sya na ihold ang aming mga sahod.

Karagdagan po sa tanong ko po, tuwing mag aabsent po kame na wala pong official leave of absence, nacacount po ang absent namen as twice, so kung umabsent ako ng isang araw, bale two days po ang count ng absent ko. Legal dinpo ba ito o may mga article ba sa labor code nag nagbabawal sa ganitong patakaran ng mga pribadong kompanya?.. Maraming salamat po sa mga sasagot..
