I am hoping you can help me.
I am currently employed in a Korean Company which is being managed by Filipinos.
Last December I received my prorated 13th month pay from the month of July to November for both of my part time shifts.
But just this June , i had to give up one of my part time shifts for I need to pursue my studies.
Do I have the right to claim my prorated 13th month pay? Just from the month December to May.
Please let me know for my employees are refusing to do so.
