Hi! I am rather having a hard time finding resources about benefits or whatnots on part-time employment. I hope ATTYs here could help me out.

1. TAX/SSS/Philhealth... etc
2. Overtime? Work on restdays? Ano mangyayari sa rate? (Assuming the employer asks for an overtime sa 4 hours of work everyday and on Saturdays)
3. 13th month/ SIL/
4. regularization?
5. others?

I'm actually going to hire part-time workers soon and would like to start it clean. Hope someone will answer.. trying to be good here.. Very Happy
