Hello,

I would like to know if having a part time and full time job legal. I've been working for 1 year as a part time instructor in a certain school and full time accountant in our company. My contract with the school will end this November.

What I know, it is legal... Pero sabi-sabi nila hindi daw pwede. Ano po ba ang totoo. It's my first time to have a part time job. Ok lang po ba or against the law? Bakit yung mga senator full time senators part time actors.? Question

Check your employment contract with both companies.

definitely not illegal, but your employment contract may prohibit you from taking additional employment which interferes with your job. my thinking is that this should not be the case.
