I would like to ask if part time employees, who also pay taxes, are entitled for government mandatory benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig? Thanks

as long as you have sss and philhealth deductions, you are entitled. check their website to verify kung updated ang contributions mo.

Thanks for the reply Atty.

I don't have any deductions from my salary for SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig but they deduct me taxes.

Should I demand for these benefits?
And am I entitled, as a part time employee, for 13th month pay?
