pano pong depende? halimbawa po sa aug 21 holiday po for that week ang sched ko po is ganito
Aug 21 8am-7pm
Aug 22-25 8am-6:30pm

pano po magiging computation ng pay nyan? ung buong 10 hrs po ba with 30%? thanks!

kung nag pa approve kayo sa dole, sasabihin nila kung anong schedule ang approved. tapos sasabihin din nila sayo kung kelan magsisimula ang OT. if ang approved sched ay 8 to 7 then yes yung buong 10 hours ay may 30%. this is for daily paid employees
