Arresto Menor

Gusto ko po sana malaman un details ng COMPRESSED WORK WEEK.
ngttrabaho po kc sa call center and is under training. Nun bingay po un schedule namin to my surprise 2am-12pm so 10hrs sya and pag excluded po un 1hr na lunch break, 9hrs a day sya. Ang tanong ko po tama lng po na hinde i count as OT un 5hrs na lumagpas dun sa 40hrs a week? Anu po ba un mga guidelines about dun? enlighten me pls.
