my take on this is that you have to check the compressed work week schedule that your company has submitted to the regional office of dole.

if your cww schedule is indicated there, then, you have to render the extended one hour from monday to thursday.

of course it would be great if management will take more considerate stance on the matter and either cancel the cww for that period or pay you OT for one hour but they also have the right to enforce the cww schedule as submitted to dole
