CWW kami. Monday to friday, 7:30am-6:00pm. So bale 47.5 hours kami kada linggo. Holiday kasi on Saturday, February 25, 2017. Just to clarify lang, compressed parin ba dapat ang schedule namin ngayon kasi 48 hours naman per week ang maximum hours of work per week or dapat 8hrs nalang kami kada araw since holiday naman sa sabado?

Since holiday ang Sabado, dapat hindi kayo compressed this week.

hindi nakaka affect ng schedule ang holiday. If regular holiday ang saturday may extra pay, if special holiday walang extra. tawag ka sa dole para sigurado

you get paid holiday rate for the extra hours dapat. Your HR may put out a memo kung cancelled nga ang cww nyo due to the holiday, kung wala logic and law says you get paid for it. Kung hindi ka bayaran may admin remedy i suppose eg: a salary complaint procedure?
