Good day!

Gusto ko lang malaman if legal na ma terminate ang isang empleyado dahil sa pagpapasa ng load sa personal phone nya gamit ang company phone ng katrabaho nya, which is paulit-ulit na nangyari. And tama ba na wala syang marerecieve na last pay at yong mga natira nyang sahod ay hindi mabigay sa kanya?Thank you in advance.

If ma determine na yung amount na kinuha nya is bigger than his last pay then yes. Make sure though to follow the process, NTE, hearing, informing him the decision etc.

Depending on what charges, but yes it is legal and possible to terminate the employee and basta din dumaan sa process ng termination. Pwede din ma hold or walang makuha na sahod kung yung amount na "pasa" load niya is more than what the employee is receiving, and mag check din ang company kung ano pa ang nakuha niya.

so possible na may makuha pa sya tama?since wala pang 1000 yong nangyaring pasa load.

what if may utang pa sya sa company?it can become one of the reason also para wala na syang makuha?just want some clarification regarding this, kasi wala na syang makukuha,pinagbabayad pa sya.

ano utang niya sa company? if may loan siya sa company and signed an authority to deduct, the company can deduct everything from his last salary. and kung kulang pa, the company have the right to ask payment for it
