Hi, I just want some clarification, given na nagpapasa load sya sa personal phone nya using one of her co employee issued company phone but it is less than 1000 pesos in total and may utang pa sya sa company noong na terminate sya, it is right na wala na syang ma receive na backpay or anything from the company?then sinisingil pa sya monthly para mabayadan yong remaining balance nya. May mahahabol pa ba sya sa company?
