A company announced company closure (due to alleged business losses) effective after 30 days. Employees questioned the validity of alleged "losses". Irritated of the employees questioning, employer finds fault with them and issued a notice to explain citing grounds of termination on just cause and terminated the employees within the 30 days period.

Is this considered double termination? Is it legal? Can the employer terminate the employees when in fact, those employees are already considered terminated (due to closure) and are just waiting for the end of 30 days period? Thanks...

There is no such thing as 'double termination'.

What is this 30 day period by the way? Do you mean the company will close after 30 days? If so, then the employee are still employees up to the final cessation of business. In actuality, since the employees are still part of the company within 30 days, they can still be terminated by just causes.
