Ask ko lang po. Ano po ba yung mga authorized cause for termination? Considered po ba na authorized cause ung ma-terminate ka kasi mababa or unsatisfactory ung performance mo during the training? Bali magkakaroon po kasi kami ng training for several months. Nakalagay kasi pag terminated for authorized cause e magbabayad nung bond. Thanks tska anu pa po yung iba? Nagsearch po ako kaso napakadaming categories na nakita ko medyo nakakalito.

Your case falls on a just cause and not authorized cause.
