Hi, I was terminated due to disobedience on that same day when I disobeyed his command. I was just almost 2 months in the company and I don't have contract which I signed before I started working with them. I'm not hoping for termination pay since I don't reach the minimum required months of stay for it to be applicable. Now I'm wondering if they are required to credit me my last pay on the next payday which is on April 30? Or they have the right to hold it until further notice? Please advise. Thank you in advance.
