Good day po.
Nakasign po ako ng employment contract before holy week as a teacher in a private school in Cavite, the contract is effective from June 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013. I am currently residing in Mandaluyong and after holy week I found a better compensating job and nearer sa residency ko. Ngayon po tinatawagan ako ng school kasi notarized na daw ang contract and they will forward it to the school lawyer. Will I be filed for any case po ba kung ipaterminate or ipacancel ang contract?reasonable po ba ako?
Please give me an answer and advice po, I really don't know what to do.
