Good morning everyone! I need advice regarding debt collection:

1. I heard something about limitations about debt collection. My questions:

a. How long is it?
b. Does the count start when the debt was incurred or when the payment for the debt starts?

2. What legal action can you take if the debtor promises to pay and signs a document about it but will not pay or will cease paying?

Really need help here!
