May kaibigan ako, inutangan sya habang nasa ibang bansa sabi nung nagutang gagamitin niya ito sa pag tatrabaho ngayon nka uwi na yung kaibigan ko nalaman nia na ipinangsugal lang pala nung nanghiram yung perang ipinahiram niya. Ngayon sinisingil niya kaso ayaw makipagcooperate nung nagutang. Ano ang pwding gawin ng kaibigan ko? Sana matulungan ninyo siya.. Maraming salamat po.
