Hi to All,
There's a company I know who has been imposing policy for tardiness:
All employees who will enter the company premises as officially recorded by boimetric machine will be subjected as LATE if the time recorded is 9:01AM onwards, this shall be automatically marked as HALF-DAY. Making the official office hours as 8:30am - 5:30pm with the 30 minutes grace period.
9:01AM onwards - automatically 4 (Four) hours salary deduction.
I just want know if it's lawful to a company to impose such policy?
