Last week po may Calamity, Monday hindi po ako papasok, tumawag sa akin na pumasok daw po ako dahil may rush, kahit mahirap gawin dahil baha sa amin pumasok ako, following day malaki na po ang baha, hindi kona po kaya pumasok, tinawagan din po ulet ako para pumasok dahil importante daw po, kaya pinilit kong pumasok, weekly po ang sahod namin, tapos po ng kunin ko na po ang sahod ko ng sunod na linggo, dapat bayaran ang OT ko ng P104.01 with 1.25% per hour, kaya lang po kulang, nagtanong po ako sa manager namen kung bakit ganoon, ang sabe po base lang daw po sa P83.00, na katunayang walang 1.25%, tama po ba ito basihan ang late na binawas naman na nila sa akin last week at dapat DAW na same lang ang tardiness deduction and OT Pay.

Salamat po sa reply, ang tanong ko lang po ay yung OT pay ko na dapat may 25% ay hindi binigay dahil po daw na binasihan nila yung mga lates ko for past two weeks na ang dahilan po ay ang calamity. means DAPAT DAW SAME LANG ANG BAWAS SA LATES AND OT PAY. yan po ang sabi sa akin ng amo ko, meron po ba sila tamang basihan, na maari ko bang mapatunayan sa kanila na wala pong ganyan, almost 18 years na po ako namamasukan sa ibat ibang company meron din sa Government. para po maayos at hindi na mangyari sa iba kong kasamahan.
