hi all,

may tanong lang po ako anu po ba habitual tardiness at paano po ba matatawag habitual tardiness ang isang employee

nag paalam sa visor na aabsent bago ang duty o oras na ng duty

1.may sakit (employee)
2.may sakit anak o asawa o kamag anak
3.walang mag babantay sa anak may linakad ang asawa
4.hinatid ang mag ina o kmag anak sa ibang lugar
5.may importanteng lalakarin

ito ang laging dahilan ng mga magaling umabsent samin 1 to 3 or minsan 4 days pa sa 1 month hindi tlga nila makumpleto yung straight na pasok correct me if i am worng ang alam kong valid diyan is yung number 1 lang pero ito rin ang madalas gamitin kung may sakit po di talaga kaya pumasok need lang ng pahinga ng 1 day pero ito rin ang dahilan ang pagiging absent madalas sa 1 week
pwede pa rin bang makasuhan ng habitual tardiness kahit nag paalam sa visor pero ito ang laging dahilan ng pag absent ex sakit ang ulo sakit ng katawan sakit ng tiyan hehehe hindi nga makakumpleto ng pasok sa isang linggo regular employee sila.

kung nag paalam po sa visor like for example maskit ang ulo kaya hindi makapasok need pa ba mg medical certification?o hinde na dahilan pa sakit lang ng ulo medical cert pa hehehe salamat po..

For head ache, a simple pain reliever can relieve your headache not unless you have a vertigo. If you are in a medical field, it is valid to ask for a medical certificate because if your headache can't be cured with a simple pain reliever, there must be something wrong with your head.

Basically, its company prerogative on how to control absences whenever employees go on sick leave.
One day SL sometimes requires MC sometimes not.
In our case one day SL requires MC. Failing to comply will make SL invalid.
As an experience, whenever Im not feeling well I just go to work and got some rest inside the clinic.
At least bayad kna nakapahenga ka pa kesa mag SL ka na wala kang MC.

salamat po coming soon na po yung company rules and regulation revised planned by HR namin as plan po bibigyan bawat isa ng copy 1week before the implementation  tama na po bang 7 days before implementation? para daw dun sa mga may katanungan masagot daw.pero nasilip ko na po yung revised as far of my concern maganda naman po ang nakalagay dun.thanks
