better check the dep ed policies or regulations regarding that one. go to the regional office of DEP ED of your place.
makikita mo doon kung ano ang existing policy regarding jan. maybe, the principal is just enforcing what is being mandated of her office regarding s situation na ganyan. you cant blame her if me ganyang policy.
