I am an Online English Tutor.
Me and my colleagues have a problem. We are being trained in another account that we didn't sign up for. I mean, it is not in our contract. (There are two departments in the company that I am working in.)
From the very beginning they have told us that we are not going to be trained for the mother account or main department because we are directly hired for the other department. But then yesterday, we started training for the mother account. What should we do?
By the way, we don't have a copy of our contract yet.
