Good morning! We were told a few weeks ago that the client of our account has set up his call center here in Manila so everyone will now need to move with him.
The owner of my present company gave us a choice
1, we can move to the new center
2. or we can stay here
But dahil sa nature ng work ko (Developer) wala silang need and cant keep me.
am i entitled to redundancy pay because they are closing the account?
Pag sumama po ba ako sa bagong company, wala ako makukuha from my old company?
mag co continue naman po yung account pero dahil call center ako galing at lilipat sa in-house mismo, hindi po ba seperate entities yun at entitled pa din ako sa redundancy pay? magka ibang company po kasi.
