Coffee breaks and lunch break counted as worked hour?

Hi good day po..ask ko lang po kung counted po ung lunch break at coffee break as worked hrs sa 8hrs daily working hours?
Ito po schedule ng work ko..
8:45am-12:30pm
(12:30pm-2:00pm)lunchbreak

2:00pm-4:30pm
(4:30pm-5:00pm)coffee break

So may 30mins na exceed kami ng lunchbreak 1hr & 30mins kasi tapos may 30mins break..

5:00pm-6:30pm

5:00pm-6:30pm

Hindi counted na hours worked ang matagal na oras ng break.
