Im practicing HR for more than 5 yrs, and it ha ben a practice in the companies Ive worked for to have 1 hr non comp break, and a 30 min coffee break.
ill be transferring work, and in this new company, they espouse a 1 non comp break and without 30 min break, is that legal?
its a call center btw.
please advise.
