Sir good day

just wanna know if i have the rights para magreklamo sa boss ko na parati na lang sinisira ang lunch break ko..
we dont have fix break i mean no in between meals so during lunch we have 1hour break kaya lang 20 minutes lang ang nagagamit ko kasi puro utos at pangiistorbo na po ang ginagawa sakin nung japanese kong boss..

ano po kaya ang dapat kong gawin para respetuhin nya po ang break ko..
