Good day..hingi lang ako ng legal advice..i was oberbreak ng 5 minutes dun sa allowed na 15 minutes for two consecutive days..binabaan ako ng supervisor ko ng NTE..they charged me with the offense of insubordination and serious misconduct for over breaking and disobeying company rules and regulations..nag explain ako in writting na hindi ko kasi kaya kumain ng 15 minutes..tapos nag baba sila ng decision suspending me for 3 days..tama ba yun sanction na pinataw sakin..thanks in advance sa mga sasagot
