is it counted i had already filed resignation letter last jan. 15, 2013 with no effectivity date then nag send ako ng another resignation effective on jan. 24, 2013. as stated sa labor law 2-3 weeks of rendering period. mag lalast day ako sa jan. 31, 2013. pasok po ba sa 2 weeks un kc last jan. 15 ung unang nag send ako? thanks

If the contract is silent and there is no prior approval of any notice period, then it should be 30 days.
