Hello Everyone,

My dad is willing to donate his land to me, however I have 3 siblings and verbally they have agreed to it.

I wanted to change the land ownership under my name, please tell me the process and documents needed.

1. Deed of Donation w/ notary
2. Acknowledgement
3. Consents from my siblings w/ notary?
4. etc..
5. etc..

Separate question:
then after that just bring all the original copies to BIR to pay the necessary taxes.

does DOD cheaper than DOAS?

Any advice will be helpful!
