Hello! I need some advice plsss.

I have been with a company for only 4 months in 2012, I passed my resignation- immediate and didnt follow up and didnt accomplish the clearance.

1. Can I still get a clearance from them?
2. Can I still get my last salary and any backpay?

resignation should be 30 days notice.

Yes pwede ka pang magpa-clearance pero baka AWOL ang status mo.

At any rate kung meron ka pang dapat matanggap, dapat ibigay sa iyo yun.
