trading restdays for a 48-hrs work week vs 40 hrs normal work-week

Just curious, if my normal work-hours per week is 40 hrs, and my restday is fri,sat. is it legal to require me to work 48 hours in a week w/o restday OT pay on the 6th day, but the company instead of asking me to work the following sunday will ask me to work instead Monday - Friday of that week... thanks again in advance!

Reclusion Temporal

48 hours of work is allowed because under the law normal hours of work is maximum of 8 hours per day for six days, but there has to be a rest day after 6 continuous day of work.
