I would like to know what my rights are regarding QA screenshot my private feed on facebook, I was broswsing my facebook and i got screenshot and is pending write for none related work site, my question is that is my person facebook the place where only i can see it, i understand i broke the policy but since its my personal account, shouldnt they be more considerate who they pass that information too or let me know ahead of time this is what was screened shot before doing a mass email that i had made an error, i guess my question is was my privacy invaded?

The information or annexed attachment of your screenshot should only be limited to certain supervisory positions and should never be circulated throughout the entire company as a laughing material.

In case such thing would happen and the matter degraded your person and gravely affected your morale, you can file a case against your supervisors.

But I would not recommend this.

You should not have accessed your social network site while inside a corporate environment, it is not prudent and the latter would reflect to your personality.

Don't go there. Just apologize when you are required to submit an explanation letter.

Believe me, just apologize. It is way better than fighting back.
