have a contract as Sub-con. yearly po ang signing to renew or pwde ding ipa terminate. hourly-rate po ang salary. let say yung iba may 25/hour, yung iba 35/hour, meron ding 45/hour depende yun sa skills and work experience and position..minimum of 8-hours/day. pero dahil nga po "no work. No pay" meaning, actual hours lng ng work at ipinasok ang natatangap. no multiplier for overtime. just "straight time" meaning same rate lng din ng regular working hours pag nag exeed sa 8 hours ang work or even holidays and saturdays. sa madaling salita po. pag di pumasok sa holidays, meaning. no pay. no work no pay nga diba? is it legal?
self employed din ang sss contribution kung gusto lng. wla ding 13th month pay every year end. bonus is depende sa company xempre if meron or wala. no medical assist. no insentive pay sa mga job well done etc..etc.. 10% ang tax deduction evry pay period. may mali ba sa ganitong sistema?
