Hi! I am an animal lover and I want to start an organization. I know that non-profit organizations should be registered with SEC, but.. I don't think the organization that I want to start is not in capacity yet to be approved by SEC.
Question ko po is:
Can I still start and run an organization that is not registered in SEC?
Is it as simple as magtatayo ako ng group and then encourage people to join me in my advocacy?
Ano po ang mga magiging limitations ng organization na hindi SEC registered?
Should I consult an attorney physically bago ko ito start?
Can someone give me a link where I can find more information about what I want to do.
