Greetings! im not good in legality or such regarding labor code in the PH. so here it goes, i currently working for this company for almost 10 years already. On the 4th year i was promoted to supervisor of "Logistic Department", my question now is, the said Department has been REMOVED so in terms of PH labor code what should legally happen? What happen to us is we where transferred to another department "Quantitative Department" and as for me i my title was changed to "analyst" 2nd from rank&file. no change in salary and benefits yet. but based on my understanding Level and Title is 2 different things, and any of these are present (1) Change of Salary & Benefits (2) Change of Level is under "constructive dismissal". Can you guys give me some insight? thank you so much.
