Ano po ba ang right ng isang Founder ng non-profit organization when the Board members voted him out to be the head of the organization?

The org is not yet registered to SEC, but the board members signed that they recognize the Founder as the Head of their organization.

Hello, I'm an animal lover and I want to start an organization pero madami po ako kailangan malaman para makapagstart. I think you might be able to answer some of my questions below: Please help!

Can I still start and run an organization that is not registered in SEC?
Is it as simple as magtatayo ako ng group and then encourage people to join me in my advocacy?
Ano po ang mga magiging limitations ng organization na hindi SEC registered?

Should I consult an attorney physically bago ko ito start?

Can someone give me a link where I can find more information about what I want to do.

Yes, you can still start and run an org that is not registered in SEC. Ang implication lang nyan is that you are not binded and protected by law.
Not a requirement to consult an attorney, pero that would be ideal, para malaman mu rights mu as a founder and yung foundation mo. Seek advice para maiwasan ang future problems.
