Kinasuhan po kase ang wife ko. Kaya kelangan po sana namin ng service from PAO, kaya lang po naunahan na daw po kami ng kalaban. Kinuha na daw ang service nila dahil "First come first serve" daw po. Either of the complaint or complainant. Pumunta po kami noong November 19, 2013, filled the form and logged the name of my wife. Nakapending po muna ang case na ifa-file namin kase tapusin daw po muna ang hearing sa barangay. Unfortunately, hindi po nakipag-ayos ang pina blotter namin. Sila ang nagtuloy ng case filed January 10, 2014. Nang kukuha na po kami ng counter affidavit, they told us na nakuha na daw po ang service nila, inin-tertain daw po nila kase wala daw po kami record na nag file. But, when they scan the logged book, they found out na meron pala and they forgot to encode the name of my wife in their system. They felt sorry about it. Ano po ba ang pwede naming gawin? Can we still have the service from PAO? Who has the right to get the service from PAO?
