Regular employee po ako for 5 years. Na-dissolve ang department namin so now nasa floating status ako. mag 3 months na ako walang trabaho mula sa company. may makukuha ba akong separation pay? thanks

after 6 months kung hindi ka pa nila binalik sa trabaho kelangan bayaran ka nila ng separation pay

salamat po! what if binigyan nila ako ng temporary job like for a period of 1 month... mag hihintay ulit po ako ng another six months? salamat po ulet
