I worked in a company starting Feb 2007 and resigned on Jan 2014. no separation pay was paid to me

Then I was re-hired from March 2014 to present.. now the company is planning to transfer to another location and those who can't come will be paid of separation pay..

there is 1 year gap in my employment.. am i entitled to claim the first 7 yrs??

enlighten me please

your separation pay will be counted from march 2014 to present. hindi na sila oblidged to give yung dati kasi nag resign ka
